How it works

Apply
Tell us who you are and where you publish. Approval is usually immediate, and we review accounts on an ongoing basis.
Share your link or code
You get a tracked referral link and a shareable discount code for your audience. Put them in your reviews, videos, posts and newsletter.
Earn on tracked sales
Orders that arrive through your link or your code earn commission. Your portal shows your current rate for each product, and your balance.
Who this is for — and who it isn't
We would rather say this plainly up front than reject your application later. This program pays for introductions to an audience you have built. It does not pay for intercepting customers who were already on their way to us.

Your two codes are not the same thing
Most partners are issued two discount codes, and the difference matters. Publishing the wrong one is the single most common reason we withhold commission.
Your personal code
For your own purchases only. Never post it, never share it, never submit it anywhere. If it turns up on a third-party site, we treat it as leaked.
Your referral code
Made to be given to your audience, in your own content and channels. Still not for coupon or deal sites — that is where it stops being your audience.
Commission and payment
Standard commission is up to 10% of the product subtotal. Rates vary by product — some items carry a lower rate — and the rate shown in your affiliate portal is always the one that applies to you. Commission is calculated on the product subtotal, excluding tax, shipping and discounts. Payouts go to the payment method on your account, subject to the minimum balance and schedule published in your portal. Returns, refunds, chargebacks and cancelled orders reverse the commission on those orders.

Terms & Conditions
SlimQ Affiliate Program Agreement
This Agreement governs participation in the SlimQ Affiliate Program ("Program") operated by Homing Systems LLC, trading as SlimQ Official Store ("SlimQ", "we", "us"). It takes effect on the date above and records the standards that apply to participation in the Program. The promotion methods listed in Section 4 and the code rules in Section 5 have never been authorised, whether or not they were previously written down here. "You" means the person or entity participating in the Program.
Acceptance
By applying to the Program, using a referral link or discount code issued to you, or accruing commission on or after the effective date, you accept this Agreement. If you do not accept it, stop using your links and codes and close your account.
Eligibility and application
Applications are approved or declined at our sole discretion, and we may decline without giving reasons. You must provide accurate registration, contact and payment details and keep them current. One account per person or entity; duplicate accounts may be closed and their balances forfeited. Employees and contractors of SlimQ and their immediate households are not eligible.
Permitted promotion
You may promote SlimQ through channels you own or control: your website, blog, video channel, podcast, social accounts, community, and email lists built on opt-in consent. Reviews, comparisons, tutorials, teardowns and build guides are all welcome.
You must disclose your affiliate relationship clearly and close to the link or code, in line with applicable endorsement and advertising rules, including the United States FTC endorsement guidelines where they apply to you.
Prohibited promotion methods
You must not do any of the following, directly or through any third party acting for you:

4.1Coupon, deal, voucher and aggregator sites. Submit, list, post or sell placement for any SlimQ discount code on any coupon, deal, voucher, promo-code, cashback or aggregator website, app, forum, mailing list or social account whose purpose is distributing discount codes. This applies whether you operate the site or not, and whether you are paid for the placement or not.

4.2Brand and trademark bidding. Bid on, or run paid search, shopping or social advertising against, "SlimQ", any variation or misspelling of it, any SlimQ product name, or the domain slimq.life. You must not use SlimQ marks in ad copy, ad headlines, display URLs or landing-page domains, and you must not direct paid traffic to slimq.life through your affiliate link.

4.3Browser extensions and toolbars. Distribute or participate in any browser extension, toolbar, plug-in or script that injects discount codes at checkout, applies codes automatically, or sets or overwrites referral attribution.

4.4Unauthorised resale and marketplaces. Resell SlimQ products, or list SlimQ products or codes on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, AliExpress or any comparable marketplace. You must not describe yourself as an authorised dealer, official store, or distributor of SlimQ.

4.5Spam and incentivised traffic. Send unsolicited email, SMS or messages; post to forums, comment sections or groups where you are not a welcome participant; use bots, click farms, automated traffic or paid-to-click schemes; place orders through your own code or link, or arrange for others to do so on your behalf; or use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframes, pop-unders or any method that sets attribution without a genuine click.
Discount codes
Codes issued to you remain our property and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

5.1Personal code. A code designated personal is for your own purchases only. You must not publish, share, forward or submit it anywhere, to anyone, including private groups.

5.2Referral code. A code designated referral or shareable may be given to your own audience through your own channels. It must not be submitted to, or listed on, any destination described in Section 4.1.

5.3Codes not issued to you. You must not use, distribute, publish or attempt to discover discount codes that were not issued to you, and you must not alter, abbreviate or recombine any code.

5.4Representing the discount. You must describe the discount accurately. Do not advertise a percentage, value or condition that your code does not actually apply at checkout.
Attribution and commission
Commission is attributed on a last-click basis through a tracked referral link, or through a discount code issued to you and applied at checkout. Where both are present, the order is attributed once and not duplicated.
Standard commission is up to 10% of the product subtotal. Rates vary by product and the rate displayed in your affiliate portal is the rate that applies to you. We may change rates, and will show the change in your portal before it applies to future orders. Commission is calculated on the product subtotal and excludes tax, shipping, handling, discounts and gift-card value. No commission is payable on your own purchases.
Our records of clicks, codes, orders and attribution are the operative records for calculating commission.
Payment
Commission accrues to your account balance and is paid to the payment method on your account. The minimum balance required for a payout and the payout schedule are those published in your affiliate portal. You are responsible for providing valid payment details; we are not liable for payments sent to details you supplied incorrectly.
Commission on returned, refunded, cancelled or charged-back orders is reversed, including after a payout has been made, in which case the reversal is applied against your future balance. You are responsible for any taxes on amounts you receive.
Withholding, reversal and termination for breach
Where we determine that an order was obtained through a breach of Section 4 or Section 5, we may withhold, reverse or refuse commission on that order, regardless of when the order was placed, and may withhold your entire unpaid balance pending review.
We may also deactivate your links and codes, suspend payouts, remove your codes from our store, and terminate your participation, with immediate effect and without prior notice. We may do any of these things on reasonable grounds, and we will tell you the basis for the decision if you ask.
Brand and intellectual property
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the SlimQ name, logo and product images solely to promote SlimQ products under this Agreement. You must not modify our marks or logos, use them in a way that implies partnership, sponsorship, employment or endorsement beyond your status as an affiliate, or register any domain name, social handle, app name or business name containing them or a confusingly similar term. This licence ends when your participation ends, and you must then stop using our marks.
Conduct and compliance
You must not make false, misleading or unsubstantiated claims about SlimQ products, their specifications, compatibility or safety, or about prices, availability or promotions. You must not disparage SlimQ or its customers, or present your site as SlimQ's own. You must comply with the laws that apply to you, including advertising, consumer-protection, marketing-consent and data-protection law. You are responsible for your own content and channels.
Independent contractor
You participate as an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, agency, partnership, franchise or joint-venture relationship. You have no authority to make offers, give warranties, accept obligations or otherwise bind SlimQ.
Term and termination
This Agreement continues until terminated. Either of us may terminate at any time, for any reason. On termination your links and codes are deactivated and your licence under Section 9 ends. Commission accrued before termination remains payable subject to Sections 7 and 8. Sections 8 through 18 survive termination.
Changes to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement. The current version is always the one published on this page. We will notify material changes through your affiliate portal or by email to the address on your account. Continued participation after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of it.
Disclaimer
The Program is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that tracking, reporting or the Program will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we give no guarantee of any level of traffic, orders or earnings. Nothing in this Agreement limits rights you have under law that cannot be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Homing Systems LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, suppliers and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost revenue or lost opportunity, arising from the Program or this Agreement. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the commission paid or payable to you in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Homing Systems LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents and contractors from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by a third party arising out of your participation in the Program, your content or channels, your breach of this Agreement, or your breach of any law or third-party right.
Governing law, severability and contact
This Agreement and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Maryland for any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Program. If any provision is found unenforceable, it is severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions continue in force. This Agreement, together with any terms published in your affiliate portal, is the entire agreement between us regarding the Program, and supersedes any earlier understanding about it.

Interpretation and authoritative version
We are responsible for interpreting this Agreement and the Program rules. Where a term is unclear, or a situation is not expressly covered, our interpretation and determination applies — including whether a promotion method falls within Section 4, whether a code has been used in breach of Section 5, and whether an order qualifies for commission. We will apply this reasonably and consistently, and will explain the basis of a decision if you ask.
The version of this Agreement published on this page is the sole authoritative version. Any summary, translation, localised page, portal text, email or other description of these terms is provided for convenience only, and this page prevails to the extent of any inconsistency.
Nothing in this Section removes any right or remedy available to you under applicable law.
