This adapter supports only ASUS laptop configurations that use the flat rectangular Mini Port (Slim Power Jack) connector and an original 250W or 300W charger. Configurations with 180W, 200W, 240W, 280W, or any other original charger wattage are not supported. Contact us before purchasing to confirm compatibility with your exact model.


How to Confirm Compatibility

1. Check the Connector Shape
Your laptop must use the flat, rectangular Mini Port (Slim Power Jack), not the older round barrel DC jack.

2. Check the Original Charger Wattage
Your laptop's original charger must be rated at 250W or 300W. This adapter does not support laptop configurations with any other original charger wattage.

3. Verify the Complete Model Number
Do not rely only on the series name or year of purchase. Check the complete model number on the bottom label or system information page. If unsure, contact us with your model number and we will confirm compatibility within one business day.

Q: Which SlimQ chargers work with this adapter?
A: This adapter is compatible with SlimQ 150W, 240W and 330W DC GaN chargers that feature a standard 5.5 × 2.5mm DC output port. These charger ratings do not change the compatibility restriction: the laptop must use a Mini Port connector and have an original 250W or 300W charger. Connector compatibility alone does not mean a charger can supply the laptop's full required power; verify the charger's DC output rating before use.

Q: Is this adapter compatible with 2023 or earlier ASUS laptops?
A: No. This adapter is designed specifically for the new flat Mini Port connector introduced in 2024. Most earlier ASUS laptops use the older round barrel DC jack and are not compatible.

The SlimQ G14 cable connector is exactly what I needed for my portable setup. It converts the SlimQ 150 W charger into a fully compatible power source for my Asus ROG Flow Z13, which solves the usual problem of carrying the bulky stock charger. It’s well-built, fits securely, and works perfectly with full passthrough. My exact model is the Asus ROG Flow Z13 64 GB (2025) GZ302EA-XS98. If you want a lightweight, travel-friendly charging solution for a G14 or Z13, get this adapter and the 150 W SlimQ charger. This cable connector is the key piece that makes it all possible. IMPORTANT: If you have a Z13, and you're going to buy the SlimQ 150 W charger, when selecting this item, make sure you buy the cable connector, and not the tip connector, as it's more rigid. The cable connector more flexible, and as such, does not put extra stress on your Z13 power port (if you hit it by mistake). Highly recommended!

Asus Slim Power Jack ROG Strix Zephyrus G14/G16/G18 2024-2025

Just what I needed for my Asus Z13 (2025). The flex tail also reduces the strain on the connection and allows me to input more than the capped USB-C 100W to the machine. Excellent buy. Only question/improvemnet would be, can they do it in an "L" shaped or 90 degree format so the cable drops down as opposed to out and then drop down. Would fuerther reduce possible strain and would also neaten up the port usage.
