I originally ordered the wrong cord and called them not knowing what cord I needed. The got the cord and resent this cord. I have not tried it yet but I will tomorrow. But the customer service operator was really awesome.
i only used it once so far... so who knows... time will tell... it did charge my device and it fits the power adapter... so... so far so good... hope the cable is of high quality... i did a lot of shopping around and most of the ones i saw on amazon... were frequently returned... so... hope this is not like that... i kinda went off what google AI told me was higher quality... i will say this... i'm skeptical... coz i have a feeling this cable looks different than the one i ordered... and i went back to my order from 20 days ago and clicked on it and the cable kinda looks different than the one i ordered too... so maybe they updated the cable in their website... who knows... all i know is that it did charge my device... we will see if it is still working a year later
